CYUSA The word " Rubanda nyamwinshi " [the majority] has been used in Rwanda since long time ago as another kind of definition of a part of the population in ethnic sense! Those who used it had as the sole objective ;sowing hatred among Rwandans. However, I cannot deny that they reached their goal; the history of the country since 1959 until 1994 is witness to it!
